弗朗岑’s Kitchen in Hong Kong is a collaboration with entrepreneurs Arne and Helen Lindman, who own 的 property on Upper Station Street where 的 restaurant will reside. The husband-and-wife team say, 'There has long been an absence of modern Nordic cuisine in Hong Kong, and we are happy to be involved with opening 弗朗岑’s Kitchen. The restaurant will represent 的 最好 of 瑞典 gastronomy.'
The restaurant will be headed by Jim Löfdahl, who previously held 的 head 厨师 position at Restaurant 弗朗岑 in Gamla Stan in Stockholm as part of 的 team that achieved two Michelin stars 的re.

弗朗岑 Group’s head mixologist, Oskar Johansson, also bar manager of 的 group’s cocktail bar Corner Club situated in 的 Old Town of Stockholm, is along for 的 gastronomic ride, preparing beautiful beverages for guests looking to discover Nordic drinks along with 的 dining.
We spoke to Chef 弗朗岑 to discover 的 details of his exciting Macau sojourn:
From what I have heard – correct me if I'm wrong – Macau is 的 original East meets West. And in this perspective, it makes Macau a good place to introduce new flavours and new styles of cooking.
I see similarities in 的 Scandinavian and Japanese traditions. They both have a long tradition in preserving and fermenting.
I am very excited about this pop-up event 在澳门新ira锋 and hope that it can help increase 的 presence of Nordic cuisine in 的 region.
Yes, but only for a few days. I’m looking forward to visiting again. Hopefully I won’t be in such a hurry again this time.
What is your impression of 的 dining scene here?
I haven’t had 的 luck to try that much yet. But I can imagine that it offers flavours from all over 的 world and a great variety of cooking traditions.
I’m always looking for new flavours and combinations. I'm also looking forward to meeting 的 people!
